When was the last time you...

gave yourself the space to be still?

created space for self care?

nourished your soul?

poured into all of you?

prioritized your healing and well being?

Prioritizing Your (W)Hole Self Through Stillness

With the seasons changing and the year coming to a close, seasonal depression, end of year burnout, and overwhelm can start to set in.

So I created this challenge as a way for us to tap into the simplicity and power of daily self care practices that tend to the mind, body, and spirit.

Each day, you will receive an affirmation, journal prompt, and access to a live 5 to 15 minute community practice.

Then, on Saturday December 10th, we will gather together to celebrate the completion of this challenge with a 90-minute live retreat! Here we'll engage in more holistic healing practices and further cultivate our self care.
