EXPAND is a free workshop that will introduce you to the process of leveraging your skills as a holistic and integrative therapist, to expand beyond the therapy room by creating a signature program or course.
Through this workshop you will:

THE HOLISTIC THERAPIST
Several years ago, I had reached my peak as a therapist.
I had grown my solo practice into a thriving group practice. I was leading workshops in the community, and supervising interns, and even teaching yoga at my yoga studio...and still, I felt like there had to be more for my life and career.
I had reached (what I was taught was) the traditional "pinnacle" of what it means to be a therapist. But I was feeling the call for more.
During this time I was also experiencing depression, out of touch with my body, spiritually disconnected, and isolated. I was compartmentalizing myself.
It wasn't until I began to take a holistic approach to my own healing journey that things started to shift. I began integrating holistic healing practices like yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and affirmations, into my mental health and healing journey...realizing all layers of myself--my physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and communal layers--needed tending to.
As I began to experience true healing, happiness, and freedom, it became clear that ALL layers of us are essential components of healing.
At that point I had done so much training in therapy, and holistic healing modalities. But when I finally started to embody this holistic approach for myself, I began creating an ethical framework for integrating this work with my clients. I witnessed the same transformation in my clients I had experienced myself.
From this newfound lived and facilitated awareness, I created my signature course: The Holistic Therapist Academy, where I teach other therapists and healers how to ethically integrate trauma-informed yoga breathwork, energy and sound healing into their work, and create a holistic-centered practice.
By creating a signature course, I have been able to experience a freedom in my business that I never experienced before. I had more time to do the things that light me up, and more time to prioritize my own mental health and pour into my cup.
I had increased my impact, increased my income, while having more time, space, and energy to nurture my holistic self care, and enjoy the life I had created.
This is why I created Expand: to teach other therapists and healers how to leverage their skill sets and create a signature program for greater impact and income.
As holistic practitioners, we are in a unique position where we have a broader skill set than most therapists. We can not only use that skill set within our communities, but expand our business through offerings like retreats, courses, and trainings that increase the impact of our work.
