My Story
Several years ago, I found myself in a dark place; depressed, disconnected from my body and spirit, and feeling unworthy of the vision I knew God had for me.
I was pouring from an empty cup, unable to fully show up for myself, my family, or my community. Everything changed when I took a holistic approach to my healing; aligning the physical, emotional, spiritual, and communal aspects of my life.
From that place, I was able to:
Experience a joy, authenticity, and freedom I hadn’t known before.
Help my community heal holistically.
Build a sustainable business that supports me through life’s seasons.
