The beginning of a new year is the perfect time to set clear intentions.
Deeper than simply setting goals or resolutions, intention-setting is about getting clear on what we want to feel like, what we imagine for ourselves and our community, and what we will need to embody in order to see our intentions through.
On Sunday, January 12th, join me for a virtual Intention-Setting Circle and Sound Bath, where we will begin 2025 by setting powerful intentions as a community.
The Intention-Setting Circle offers a holistic approach to setting intentions for 2025, integrating the five layers of wellness: physical, energetic, mental/emotional, spiritual, and communal. Together, we will honor the wisdom of winter and invite in stillness, while embracing clarity, embodiment, and intentionality. This session is designed to help you align your goals with purpose and explore how to set meaningful intentions that honor every layer of your being and who God has called you to be.
Through discussion, gentle movement, breathwork, and sound healing, we will understand the importance of setting intentions, and turn inward so that we can clearly hear our inner voice and our deepest desires for the coming year.
By coming together as a community of like-hearted healers, we will kick off the year with intention, groundedness, and clarity.

I have been there....
LeNaya S Crawford, Licensed Therapist + Holistic Healer
Several years ago I found myself burnt out, depressed and super disconnected from my body and spirit. I had gotten to a place where I completely neglected my well being, I was so focused on building my private practice, serving my clients and community that I forgot about me. I got caught up in thinking my worth was wrapped up in what I could achieve and checking things off my to do list. I felt like rest was something I had to earn or aspire to later in life.
I was pouring from an empty cup.
Once I started to prioritize my well being and integrating Holistic Healing practices for myself I saw a major shift. Serving my community and going after my dreams felt more easeful and more importantly I was able to experience joy, freedom and authenticity like I have never felt before. I was honoring the human behind the healer and practicing what I taught.
This freedom, joy and authenticity is what I want for you, It is what I want all of my fellow Women to experience and embody.
You can’t pour from an empty cup…it is time to pour back into yourself.
