This experiential continuing education intensive explores holistic mental health, nervous system regulation, Polyvagal Theory, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, somatic practices, and ethical integration.

Registration includes 9 continuing education hours: 5 Core and 4 Ethics. Complete live attendance and fulfillment of all participation requirements are required to receive continuing education credit and a certificate of completion. Partial credit will not be provided, and no recording will be available.
