As we continue to lean into our intentions for the new year, it’s important that we also be intentional about releasing the thoughts and behaviors that interfere with those intentions we are trying to embody.

Full moons are a beautiful time to shed light on our thoughts and emotions, helping us to let go of that which no longer serves us and clear space for what will.
