Welcome to The "I Am Still" 5-Day Self Care Challenge and Retreat! 

 

Thank you for joining me for the Holistic Self Care Challenge!

With the seasons changing and the year coming to a close, I know that seasonal depression, end of year burnout, and overwhelm can start to set in. 

I wanted to create this challenge as a way for our community to lean into self care that tends to the many layers of who we are: mind, body, and spirit. 

This challenge will take place Monday-Saturday, December 5th-10th. Each day, you will receive an email with affirmation, a journal prompt, and a 5-minute practice to do.

Then on Saturday, December 10th at 10:30am EST we'll meet for a live 90-minute retreat, where we'll gather for gentle yoga, breathwork, sound healing, affirmations, and community shares.

Through these daily practices, we will be reminded of both the simplicity and power of holistic self care. We will also hold a supportive, communal space for each other to lean into our self care practices now--remembering that we don't have to wait until after the holidays or a new year, but we can choose to pour into ourselves in this present moment.

All you will need for each day of the challenge is a journal and pen, yoga mat or blanket, a comfy space for practice, water, and whatever else will enhance your practice and make you feel comfortable.
