We were taught that the mind is where healing happens. But we know…

...70% of the population has experienced trauma,

and the body stores trauma.

A regulated nervous system is essential for deep and true healing.

Practices like yoga, breathwork and sound healing help to regulate the nervous system.

Healing happens when we support all layers of the client: mind, body, and spirit.

Embodied Healing. Ethical Integration. Liberated Practice.

Gabrielle Juliano-Villani, LCSW

Session Title: From Freeze to Flow: Polyvagal Theory, the Chakra System, and the Body's Path to Healing

What if the wisdom encoded in ancient chakra philosophy and the science of polyvagal theory are telling us the same story; just in different languages? In this experiential session, participants explore parallels between energetic centers and the autonomic nervous system, examining how trauma disrupts both systems and how embodied practice can restore coherence. Through somatic exercises, breathwork, and reflection, attendees gain a tangible understanding of nervous system-informed and energetically-aware approaches in clinical and personal work.

Kimberley Small, LCSW, QS, CCTP

Session Title: When Faith Feels Like Fear: Ethical Holistic Mental Health Approaches to Religious Rigidity, Spiritual Trauma, and Faith Deconstruction

This presentation explores holistic mental health approaches to ethically addressing religious rigidity, spiritual trauma, and faith deconstruction. Participants will examine how to assess the function of belief rather than its content and how to support spiritual agency without imposing beliefs or avoiding the conversation.

Dr. Rasheeka Fogg, PhD, LCSW

Session Title: Integrating Human Design, Energetics, and Reiki into Clinical Practice

Have you ever considered how Human Design and Reiki might help clients gain insight into how they show up in connection with others?

Clients often seek support with life challenges that impact how they function in relationships and respond to emotional distress. This session explores how Human Design and Reiki can be integrated within the therapy room to expand how therapists conceptualize client presentation.

Mimi Daraa, Breathwork Instructor

Session Title: Reconnecting to the human behind the healer

An immersive, sensory-led workshop designed to help participants reconnect with themselves through Palo Santo, breath, embodiment, and intentional presence. This experience weaves together education, nervous system regulation, sensory awareness, and guided practice.

Jeni Booker Senter, MA, MS, LMHC, CCTP-II

Session Title: The Healing Trance: An Experiential Journey into Spiritually Integrated Hypnosis and Embodied Resilience.

This immersive experiential session invites participants into a guided spiritually-integrated hypnosis experience designed to promote nervous system regulation, inner safety, emotional restoration, and embodied connection. This workshop offers attendees the opportunity to directly experience the transformative potential of hypnosis when combined with mindfulness, somatic awareness, imagery, breathwork, and spiritually meaningful reflection. Although not a training in clinical hypnosis, this session will allow participants to experience hypnosis as an introduction to the modality.

Marlo Keenan, LPC

Session Title: The Healing Power of Yoga Nidra: Rest, Regulation, and Inner Balance.

In a world where so many people are living in a constant state of stress, overstimulation, emotional exhaustion, and mental overactivity, this experiential session offers attendees an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and deeply rest through the practice of Yoga Nidra.

This guided experience will begin with a brief introduction to Yoga Nidra, including what the practice is and how it can support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, relaxation, and deep rest. Participants will then be guided through a restorative Yoga Nidra experience designed to help quiet the mind, release tension within the body, and cultivate a greater sense of inner stillness and presence.

Kanjana Hartshorne, LCSW, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master

Session Title: Integrating Simple Somatic Tools in the Therapy Room

A 90-minute experiential workshop offering clinicians accessible, practical somatic interventions for immediate integration into therapeutic practice. This session bridges clinical knowledge with embodied tools to support nervous system regulation across a range of client presentations. Participants will engage in experiential learning designed to deepen therapeutic presence, enhance attunement, and strengthen clinical responsiveness to dysregulated nervous system states. Emphasis is placed on trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and the ethical application of somatic and yoga-based practices within psychotherapy.

Ashley Turner, LMFT, RYT

Session Title: Psychedelic Therapy and the Future of Mental Health

This 90‑minute workshop introduces holistic therapists and wellness practitioners to the emerging landscape of psychedelic‑assisted therapy. Designed for clinicians and integrative practitioners who are curious but not formally trained in psychedelic modalities, this session explores the latest research, ethical considerations, and best practices shaping the future of this rapidly evolving field.
