My journey began with my own healing, which led me to discover holistic practices that transformed my life and career. Through this journey, I learned how to heal and expand without sacrificing my well-being. Today, I help women therapists, healers, and leaders embody their desires, build aligned businesses, and prioritize their self-care.

Through programs, retreats, and healing sessions, I’ve built a community focused on transformation, healing, and growth.

I'm a Holistic Therapist™, a Holistic Mental Health and Healing Educator, Licensed Therapist, Business Mentor, Holistic Healer, and Wellness CEO teaching Therapists, Entrepreneurs, and Healers how to work more holistically, prioritize their healing, and expand beyond 1 to 1 work for more life balance, joy and financial freedom.

With over a decade of experience in the mental health and wellness space, I take a science-and-soul approach to healing, and is passionate about helping her community HEAL, LEARN, and GROW.
